Health care is the service of providing medical care, the costs of health care for the elderly and the widows. Every human has a right to have better health care facilities .The Environment is basically related to health of all living beings and their prosperity. Human health is also a subject of great concern to Environmentalists and Educationists. The concept of Education and Health cannot be conceived without considering the school buildings and the curing places i.e. Schools, Hospitals and Clinics.
